Leadership Summit Director
Tracy Whitley is currently the Manager of Loyalty Programs and Special Events for Baystate Health’s Marketing and Communications Department in Springfield, Massachusetts. Tracy is also responsible for coordination of Baystate Health’s Spirit of Women program which emphasizes the total well-being of a woman—body, mind and spirit, and provides opportunities for women including conferences and educational programs directed to health, work and family. Tracy previously served as Regional Cancer Control Director for the American Cancer Society (ACS).
Prior to working with the American Cancer Society, Tracy coordinated the Well Woman Project at Baystate Medical Center, administering a Massachusetts Public Health grant for uninsured women over the age of 50. Earlier in her career, she served as a women’s health and childbirth educator for both St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark. Tracy holds a B.S. in Community Public Health from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She is member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Tracy Whitley is married to Ed Whitley and resides in Springfield with their two children Benton and Rae.
