Khris “First Lady” Raye took her infectious radio talent from Chicago and landed in Indianapolis at WTLC-FM.  In Chicago, “First Lady” reigned as the host of “Whispers In The Dark” on top-rated WGCI-FM.

Hailing from Chicago’s Southside, First Lady started her career over 26 years ago singing House Music and working at WGCI-FM as the first female mixer on Chicago’s radio airwaves. Since that time, First Lady has done radio stints in New York, Milwaukee, and Michigan. She is also the recipient of the 2006 Billboard Hip Hop and R&B Radio APD/MD of the Year Award for a large market.

Currently, First Lady continues her duties as Afternoon On-air personality, Asst. Program Director and Music Director for WTLC-FM.  She recently was named Program Director of The Light WTLC-AM 1310 and is the first woman to hold that position.   WTLC-AM The Light has the distinction of being named the 2010 Stellar and Dove Awards Gospel Station of the Year!   Khris and her best friend, husband Hugo have been together for 15 years and they have 3 beautiful daughters.   First Lady’s motto is: think before you react because what you do doesn’t just affect you!

Yolanda Neely is CEO of Yen Entertainment and Air Personality/Program Director of Magic 103.9 in Savannah, GA.  Mapping out quite a successful career, Yolanda is now in her 25th year of radio broadcasting.  During the early years, Yolanda was torn between her desires to be a music executive as well as a radio personality.   Radio won and Yolanda took flight from Queens New York and landed in Miami Florida. “I felt if I worked a couple of years in radio I would eventually begin to make the transition to the recorded music industry,” Yolanda notes. A couple of years turned into 25 years!  Yolanda’s radio career markets and stations include: WTYB-Savannah, GA; WEDR-Miami, FL; WHQT-Miami, FL; WARL-Atlanta, GA; WQQK-Nashville, TN; WJHM-Orlando, FL and WRVB-MACON, GA.
