The National Association of Black Female Executives in Music & Entertainment, Inc. is a  a 501 (c) (6) nonprofit organization.  We are a community of professional women who are committed to leadership and excellence in the music and entertainment industries. Our members provide unique perspectives and services that help support the professional advancement of women.  We are a global networking and empowerment community that aims to set the standard of excellence for women in entertainment.  Our members and associates include women from record labels, schools, studios, venues, television, radio, print, new media, law firms, medicine, real estate, finance, style & beauty, government and non-profit organizations.  We meet regularly, host active electronic discussions, provide professional development programs and seminars while offering a rich body of ideas and information helpful to women.
