NABFEME is a 501 (c) (6) nonprofit, professional organization that is led by volunteer entertainment executives. The mission of NABFEME is to raise the profile and increase the awareness of women of color in music and entertainment. The mission of NABFEME supports all women regardless of race, creed, religion or cultural background. We accomplish our mission through activities that foster empowerment, education, mentoring, career development and networking opportunities.
