Dawn Hill is Senior Director, Corporate Marketing for American Urban Radio Networks (AURN). She oversees the business affairs of the Marketing Department, including marketing management. Ms Hill is responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing strategy for the company as well as brand marketing, public relations, editorial and advertising campaigns. Dawn is also President of the New York Chapter of American Women in Television and Radio.

Better known in the entertainment world as “Flo Anthony,” she is host of the daily radio feature "Gossip To Go With Flo," which is heard in 30 markets including Detroit, Dallas and Pittsburgh. Flo is also the Editor-In-Chief of Black Elegance Magazine, which boasts a national circulation of 200,000. And to make sure she stays busy, Flo writes a weekly column called "Go With the Flo" that appears in the New York Amsterdam News, Philadelphia Sunday Sun, BRE and Dallas Examiner.

Chivon Dean is President/CEO, Ruff Ryders Records. Dean launched the record label with her two brothers in 1988. Their roster of artists has collectively sold over 20 million albums, and Ruff Ryders Film & Video division has to date released three major projects. Ruff Ryders Motorcycles Lifestyles division has recruited more than 3000 members across the country. As CEO, Chivon works with artists like Eve, DMX, Jadakiss and her most recent discovery, rapper Jin.
