Antonio "L. A." Reid You first met him in the 80s as
part of the R&B group, "The
Deele." As a producer and songwriter, he
has earned more than 33 number one singles and
has three Grammy Awards under his belt. As
co-founder of Laface Records, he delivered top
selling, stellar acts such as Usher, TLC,
Toni Braxton, Outkast
and Pink
to name a
few. Later, he merged Laface with Arista Records and became CEO of Arista. Today he
sits at the helm of the Island Def Jam Music Group as
Chairman.
