MEMBERSHIP REFUND POLICY
NABFEME Membership begins the date payment is received. A delay in membership processing may occur due to payments made via personal check. Following the completion of the membership process, you should receive your Welcome Pack with your membership card and member number within 2 to 3 weeks from the sign up date. In the meantime, you are sent a membership notification via email and given access to your membership online at .
If you are not completely satisfied with your membership and wish to cancel, ALL requests for refunds must be sent to the National Membership Director via email: . Next, the NABFEME Membership Card must be returned to us the in good condition at the following address:

A $25 cancellation fee will be accessed to all refund requests. Refund amounts are determined by the quantity of time used; based on the annual membership fee, each month is currently valued at $8.33. Holding a membership for ANYportion of a month constitutes use for the entire month.
REFUND DEADLINE
October 31 st is the last day refunds will be granted for memberships expiring the next calendar year.
MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS MADE VIA CREDIT CARD
If the charge for membership was originally paid for by a major credit card, the refund must be credited back to the same card. If the original credit card number is not available or the card has been cancelled, the refund will be issued in the form of a check. The processing fee and any time used will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds for memberships purchased with cash or check will be issued in the form of a check. The processing fee and time used will be deducted from the refund.
PROCESSING
Refund processing for credit card, cash and check transactions takes a minimum of four (4) weeks.
