Payment
Payment must accompany the registration form! Summit Registration will NOT be processed or confirmed until payment has been received. Only U.S. dollars are accepted. 

Confirmations
Confirmations will be E-mailed to the address provided on your Registration Form (or mailed if no e-mail address is provided) within 10 business days after receipt of your registration. If you did not provide a credit card, check or money order for payment with your registration, a confirmation will NOT be sent until full payment is received. If you do not receive confirmation within four weeks of submitting the Registration Form with payment, contact us immediately at 212-424-9568 or at info@nabfeme.org
