The National Association of Black Female Executives in Music & Entertainment, Inc. (NABFEME) was founded to provide support, industry access and connectivity for professional women whose careers may or may not revolve around music and entertainment. A member focused organization, NABFEME strives to create opportunities where women can support one another, learn from each other, work together to achieve goals and demonstrate executive leadership. A highly respected voice in the entertainment industry both nationally and internationally, NABFEME stresses a collaborative approach amongst its officers and members. Programs, activities and services are shaped by the needs of our members and we continue to develop services that encourage the entry, development and career advancement of women in music and entertainment.
NABFEME membership is open to entertainment industry professionals, professional service providers and students with varying levels of academic accomplishment and work experience.
