The NABFEME MEMBER is the most important person in our organization.

The National Association of Black Female Executives in Music & Entertainment, Inc. (NABFEME) was founded to provide a forum of support and connectivity for women in music and entertainment.  A member focused organization, NABFEME strives to create opportunities where women can support one another, learn from each other, work together to achieve goals and demonstrate executive leadership.   A highly respected voice in the entertainment industry both nationally and internationally, NABFEME stresses a collaborative approach amongst its officers and members.  Programs, activities and services are shaped by the needs of our members and we continue to develop services that support the entry, development and career advancement of women in music and entertainment.

A NABFEME member is defined as any person who is active in any aspect of music and entertainment and/or any person who evidences interest in supporting the goals and objectives of the National Association of Black Female Executives in Music and Entertainment, Inc. NABFEME membership is open to entertainment industry professionals and students with varying levels of academic accomplishment and work experience. Men and non-industry applicants who would benefit by membership and participation in NABFEME may are encouraged to become members of the organization as Affiliates.
