Our collegiate team is made up of a diverse team of talented young women who range from musicians to mass communications majors, computer science engineers, marketing majors, to presidents and members of student organizations. Our only requirement is that you are highly motivated, enthusiastic, and ready to put your creative ideas to work. WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF A NABFEME COLLEGE REP?
As a NABFEME College Rep, you will assist the organization by keeping us aware of important and pertinent campus events and activities. The NABFEME College Rep assists the organization by getting it involved, or by securing a position for the organization inside campus events and activities. The College Rep is also primary in assisting us with securing campus concerts and speaking engagements. Our reps work closely with our National Director of Collegiate Relations, Ms D’ Cherie Lofton, as well as your Student Activities Director and Campus Activities/Programming Board to make sure NABFEME is positioned properly and the right event is secured.
In addition, as a NABFEME College Rep, you will assume a key role in our campus marketing and advertising efforts. Since you know your campus the best, we expect you to raise awareness of the organization and/or any events we are involved in by distributing flyers, posters, and other promotional materials throughout the campus community. Also, you may be involved with connecting with the campus radio station to provide on-air exposure for the organization and any related events or activities.
