Susan Fletcher-Mosley
General Manger at Fletcher's One Stop Records

The youngest of three children, Susan Fletcher began her career in retail management at Osco drugs. After two years of this retail experience, she enrolled in DePaul University's accelerated computer program, which led to her position at Personal Computer Network in 1985. In 1986 she officially went into the family business and began working full time at Fletcher's One Stop, one of the largest Black owned music distributors in the country. At Fletcher's, Susan holds the position of General Manger, handling product purchases, stocking and inventory control, marketing, promotions and advertising. Susan credits her real beginning in the business started as early as the age of four, when she began learning the business by watching her parents. She grew up behind the Fletcher's counters, selling records and going on the "route" with her parents delivering 45's top record stores. Susan's computer and software savvy helped bring Fletcher into the computer age and her vision opened the door for record retailers to sell music at the Chicago's Black Expo. The recipient of the Dollars and Sense Magazine Best and Brightest Award. She lives by the simple rule... "Start each day with a prayer, end each day with a prayer and always thank God for your blessings. We salute Susan Fletcher-Mosley... A NABFEME SHERO!
