students in getting jobs in the entertainment business by
motivating them to empower themselves. The tour has visited
Hampton, Winston Salem State, Delaware State, Morgan State,
Lincoln, Johnson C. Smith, Florida A&M, Clemson, Coppin
State, Central State, North Carolina A&T, Clark Atlanta,
Bowie State, North Carolina Central and others.
The creator of the "Macks In the Back"
program which provides mentors for college students in the
entertainment industry. This program has been sponsored by
Kevin Black, Director of Rap Promotions at Interscope Records,
