The NABFEME Foundation is a 501 (C)(3) nonprofit, charitable foundation that focuses on education, women’s advocacy and youth development. All donations are 100% tax-deductible.

Our Mission Statement

The NABFEME Foundation is dedicated to developing educational content and programs that promote equity, empowerment, and inclusion for women. Through strategic advocacy and leadership development, we provide women with the tools, knowledge, and access needed to thrive in competitive spaces. Our mission is to advance the female agenda by creating pathways to opportunity, fostering growth, and supporting women as leaders, innovators, and change-makers.

We Believe:

The path to empowerment begins with education, self-worth, and access to business and institutional leaders.
The gateway to equality and inclusion is women in leadership or decision-making capacities.
Increased mentorship opportunities advance professionalism, community growth, culture and value.
The “less than” mentality is eradicated when young minds are mentored, supported, and accentuated.
Attitude and behavioral adjustments help to improve lives while creating inspiration that helps to change the lives of others.
Sexism can be tackled by empowering women with resources that will enable them to make better choices and informed decisions.
