It’s Mz Connie y’all”…. the signature attitude and introduction that identifies the presence of a Southern Soul /Blues music Queen! Crazy, sassy, sexy, cool, and an experienced performer… Mz Connie is Constance Morrison from Dallas, TX. She attended Arts Magnet Performing Arts High School and later attended Howard University to study music and drama before venturing into the music industry.

Her professional music career began in 1988 when Blues singer Jesse James hired Mz Connie to perform as a backup singer. A year later, she took the leap, joined Millie Jackson and toured with Ms Jackson for several years. After her stint with Millie Jackson, Mz Connie was hired by Al B Sure as a backup vocalist singer and hot the rod again, this time with Al as he toured on the New Edition Heartbreak Tour.  Mz Connie stepped away from the music scene for a while and ventured into the Makeup Industry. Succeeding in this industry arena, Mz Conie became the makeup artist for BET’s Comic View. She has been a Record Promoter for MCA Records, showcased on ShowTime at The Apollo… and later in her career, somewhere in Louisana, Mz Connie says she was introduced to Southern Soul!  Check all digital platforms and social media for Mz Connie’s music… she is currently working on her next album release while promoting her Mz Connie W.I.N.O.R. Philadelphia native, indie singer-songwriter Barbara St. Lee has a unique style for bringing out the emotional responses of her listeners.  At age six, she blossomed into stage shows, recording and acting. A graduate of Cheyney University with a degree in education and music, Barbara St. Lee’s musical style delivers a mixture of Jazz and Soul that continues to thrill today’s audiences. Lady Soul Evette Busby has been singing since she could talk … she has using her gift on a professional level for more than 20 years. Her singing career started in her church choir at Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church in Houston Texas. While publications throughout the city list her as “Houston’s Best Kept Secret”…  she is no longer a secret! Recently signed to Malaco Records, her first single with the label, Mr. Big Stuff went to #1 on the Southern Soul charts and her follow-up single Loving On You Loving Me is blazing radio and clubs all over the South.
