Hip Hop Artist, Author, Pastor and Music Mogul Delmar Lawrence, aka “Mr. Del” is an American Christian rapper and music producer. Apostle and Elder Williams appointed him and his wife, Wyndi Monie, to pastor WOOMC on Sunday, August 3, 2025. Pastor Monie is a former radio DJ/announcer, starting in 1985. He has been a WOOMC member since 2002, served in ministry since 2007, as an elder since 2013, and as Apostle Williams’ chief executive pastor since 2019.
